  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

    But please complete the form our office will likely respond after hours as well.

  • How do I carry out a virtual visit

    We will call you using either Facetime or WhatsApp video call and then if this is on your mobile, you can show us the problem and we can give an estimate that will be close to the final bill.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We take all methods of payment, Cash, Credit and Debit Cards, bank transfers.

  • How long will it take?

    We are also pleased to say we have a fast turnaround on glass units from order to fit, with an average of just three days and in some instances the next day.

  • Do you charge to carry out a site visit?

    Absolutely not, our visit and advice are completely free. We offer a FREE initial consultation and quotation without any sales pressure.

  • Do You Offer Finance

    You are now able to finance the cost of your products and services with us, up to £35,000 over a term up to 5 years.

Replacement Door Parts

  • My door manufacturer is no longer around, can you still fix it?

    Most doors are built around some uniform standards, so it is likely we will be able to find a matching part to fit your existing door arrangement.

  • Why won't my door lock?

    Over time and wear and tear, the door will start to show some signs of ageing such as:- Misaligned door, door hinges are dropping, Swelling door, a failed or sticking locking mechanism.


    We will quickly identify the problem and repair this for you.

  • Do you replace locks?

    We carry a large selection of accessories and locks, so we are in a position to change your locks without breaking anything on your door.

  • Do you repair garage lock doors?

    Yes, we are in a position to help repair the locking mechanism on garage doors and source a specialist part if needed.


Replacement Handles

  • My UPVC handle is loose, why?

    This could be a sign of wear and tear or a faulty gearing mechanism, the internal parts which are inside the handle and the door. We can come and inspect this for you and replace the required parts and in most cases, we carry these spares on board.

  • Can't open our door?

    Having issues with your door is a distressing time especially as it's the security of your home, this is why it is best to call us and see if we can get to you as a matter of urgency and secure your property and repair the door for you.

  • Will I have to replace the whole door mechanism?

    In most cases we are able to repair only the parts that are needed to be replaced, some parts we will recommend replaceing to guarantee better longevity of the functioning of the door/ window.


Replacement Hinges

  • How easy is it to replace a hinge?

    Not all companies like to replace hinges as it requires a certain amount of expertise, we have over the years gained the experience to do this successfully for windows and doors.

  • Is it easy to do this myself?

    Hinges are some of the more complicated items to retrofit, as the condition, the weight of the unit makes it not as straightforward. We are here to help ensure you get a fast, efficient turnaround without the stress. 

  • What maintenance do I need to do after the fitting?

    After we have installed your hinges, you simply need to periodically spray the hinges with some oil on the hinge point, this will stop them from sticking and keep it easy work for the hinge to cope.


Unsecured Finance

  • To qualify for finance, you will need to be able to answer the following questions, to qualify.

    • Have you lived in the UK for over 3 years with a permanent address? Answer: Yes
    • Do you have a monthly income, either from employment or a pension?Answer: Yes
    • Do you have any CCJs, IVAs or have you missed any payments on any credit in the last 12 months? Answer: No. If the answer to these questions is Yes, it will be likely that the customer will be offered a higher rate, or a guarantor option.
    • Do you have disposable income? Answer: Yes. If the answer is no, it is unlikely they will pass affordability checks, suggest a term of 5 years to keep repayments low. Note: If borrowing £2,000 or less it is not advised to apply for a higher repayment term than 2 years
    • Have you recently taken out a new form of credit/mortgage or payment plan in the last 3-6 months? Answer: No. If they answer yes, make the customer aware that this may hinder their ability to get credit, as they have recently had searches performed on their credit file.
